Fully Managed operates across the North West of England and starts from £15 per night - 1 bed. While Online operates nationwide and costs £10 per night - 1 bed. There are no setup fees.

Choose Fully Managed if you want a completely hands-off service, just your rental income landing in your bank account each month, that's all. Choose Online Service if you will manage the properties cleaning, maintenance, photography etc. while we manage its online operations and bring you the bookings.

Hassle Free Property Management is an independent business with no association to any other company using the “Hassle Free” name, specialising exclusively in Airbnb, holiday let and short-term rental management.

Both plans include listings across 40+ platforms, calendar and price management, guest screening, 24/7 communication, an online portal to view and manage your property, marketing and monthly statements. Fully Managed also includes the coordination of cleaning, linen, toiletries and maintenance, plus an initial deep clean, a guest welcome pack, help videos, emergency key changes, professional photography and ad creation across Google and social media.

No set up fee however there is a contribution to the onboarding process which will be fully repaid back to you monthly, over a 6 month period. This contribution helps kick start the process of getting your property up and running, inclusive of: setting your property with our software and online portal, listing across 40+ sites, professional photography, initial deep clean, information/welcome pack and help videos for guests. It also gives us the chance to work with you as the client to ensure you are happy with the way your property will be ran.
