How does our pricing work?
At Hassle Free, it is in our best interest to get your property booked, as often as possible. If for whatever reason your property unfortunately doesn't receive any bookings that month, we don't get paid either.

How does it work if I want to go ahead?
We typically recommend sticking with us for a minimum of 6 months. This allows us to fully optimize your listing - gain traction across listing sites, engage with the target market and understand the demand and pricing in your local area.
We use multi-channel listings, dynamic pricing and targeted marketing to attract holidaymakers, business travellers, contractors and relocating professionals. Longer stays of five nights or more can improve occupancy, reduce vacant nights and lower cleaning, linen and changeover costs.
